British actor Ewan McGregor also recently expressed sympathy for the way Britney Spears was hounded by the press. After lying low on Valentine's Day, Britney Spears resurfaced on Friday for another eventful shopping spree up and down Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.  Spears has been relatively calm lately, and that's a good thing.
